Amynah Usman’s dedication to making a difference extends to her humanitarian work. In alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), notably SDG 2 (Zero Hunger) and SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being). Amynah has established herself as a force for change in the humanitarian sector.

In line with SDG 3, focused on ensuring good health and well-being, Amynah’s commitment extends to initiatives addressing women’s health and well-being, ensuring access to resources contributing to their overall wellness. By actively supporting health-related programs, she aligns with SDGs and contributes to building healthier communities.

SDG 2, aiming for zero hunger, is a focal point for Amynah’s efforts. She recognises the interconnectedness of business, nutrition, and well-being and promotes sustainable solutions addressing hunger and malnutrition. She seeks to create pathways for economic empowerment through strategic initiatives, contributing to the broader goal of zero hunger.

She pushes her humanitarian activities using her foundations, the Ozohvehe Foundation and Ulcer Aid.

Ozohvehe Foundation: Focused on Women’s and Children’s Nutrition and Well-being
Amynah co-founded the Ozohvehe Foundation, a charity based in Abuja. This foundation is dedicated to women’s and children’s nutrition, well-being, and health. Through tireless efforts, the foundation ensures that vulnerable populations can access the necessary support and resources for a healthier and more secure future.

Ulcer Aid Foundation:  Focused on people with stomach ulcers who can’t afford healthcare.
Driven by her journey with stomach ulcers, Amynah founded the Ulcer Aid Foundation. This foundation serves as a supportive community for individuals facing similar challenges. By addressing a specific health concern, Amynah demonstrates a personal connection to the causes she supports, further emphasising the human aspect of her philanthropic endeavours.
